What is Digital Art?

Digital art refers to any artistic work or practice that uses digital technology as part of the creative or presentation process, or more specifically computational art that uses and engages with digital media. Our artists use various technologies as part of their creation process.

Can I Request One Of Your Art Designs On A Product? 

Or course! Any of our Art Designs can be printed on a product. Email us the product you’d like to have it printed on (shirt, phone case, etc) and size, color, etc. We’ll work with you to get the perfect custom product!  

How long will it take to process my order?

Every order is made to order to ensure high quality and sustainable manufacturing efforts. Orders are sent for processing next business day and it can take an additional 5-10 business days to complete and create an item before it ships out. Delivery timeframes are dependent on each mailing carrier. We do our best to complete orders as fast as possible!

My Item is damaged, what can I do?

If your item is damaged upon delivery or there is a printing error on the products, please immediately take a picture of the item and email us the image. We’ll work with you to make it right!

Are returns and/or exchanges accepted?

We hope you love what you’ve ordered but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept return requests within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn, unused condition. For more information on our return process, please see our store return policy.

I made an error during ordering, can I cancel an order?

In most cases, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled however, if you noticed an error with shipping address or incorrect size and/or item, please contact us within 1hr of placing your order and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. 

How is your print quality? 

We strive for excellence. All designs are original and are printed with eco friendly ink directly onto the garments and absorbed into the fabric. This results in a beautiful finished look that’s both vintage and modern. 

How to Care for Clothing?

Please read care and wash instructions with each product tag to ensure proper handling of material. 

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. As a reminder, Ink used for printing is water based and eco friendly!
